A company event says something about the company before the first speech: how the tables are arranged, what the colours are, how comfortable the guests are. Here is how to arrange the room for the type of event — a launch, a dinner, an awards night or an outdoor party.
Product launch or cocktail
When guests stand and move around, you need cocktail tables. Celebrity Bar has a Ø70 cm top and is 110 cm high — a glass and a plate fit comfortably, and the table does not take up much space.
- With spandex — the spandex cover stretches tightly over the leg and the top. Colours: white, beige, red, black, orange and cyclamen;
- With a textile tablecloth — the cocktail table cloths Soft (Ø280 cm) and Velvet (Ø290 cm) drop almost to the floor and give a more formal look.
Arrange the tables so that people can pass freely between them, and leave room in front of the stage or the screen.
Company dinner or awards night
Here guests sit for hours, so the choice of tables decides how much they talk to each other.
- Round tables — Celebrity round (Ø180 cm) or Round M (Ø160 cm): guests sit by teams and everyone at the table sees each other;
- A long table — of rectangular Celebrity 180 tables (80 × 180 cm): for a management dinner or for a team that should sit together.
For a formal look, contrast works: a white tablecloth with black Infinity chairs — as in the photo above — or a black Velvet tablecloth with white chairs. Phoenix, Infinity and Napoleon are used with a cushion, priced separately. The transparent Vogue and Phoenix crystal go with any colour.
The company’s colours
The Soft tablecloths and cloth napkins come in 11 colours, and Velvet in white and black. So the textiles can repeat the brand colours:
- blue — Sky Blue (2017) or Ash Blue (2020);
- green — Olive Green (2012) or Forest Green (2050);
- red — Ruby Red (2030);
