This page explains which personal data we collect when you send us an inquiry and what we do with it.
Who processes the data

What we collect
- name, phone and email;
- event date, city, venue and address, number of guests, preferred delivery time and preferred pickup date and time;
- the products and quantities you selected and your message;
- the IP address the inquiry was sent from — only to protect against automated submissions.
- If you reached the site from one of our ads on Google or Facebook/Instagram and accepted the advertising cookies — the ad click identifier (a string of letters and digits, without a name). We use it only to know which ad brought the inquiry, and we do not pass it to third parties. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which ads work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we use it for
Only to prepare and send you an offer, to contact you about it and, if you accept it, to organise the rental. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
If the inquiry does not lead to a rental — up to 12 months, after which we delete it. If it does — for as long as accounting law requires.
Who has access
Only our team. The data is stored with our hosting provider in Bulgaria and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
The inquiry basket
The products you select are kept only in your browser until you send the inquiry. Until then they are not sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to it — at office@decoraeventrental.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
